Outdoor Education
Developing an understand and knowledge of our unique Central Florida environment is invaluable for children growing up in our area. The St. Johns River offers many exciting learning opportunities for our campers. The Outdoor Education program will include activities such as kayaking, hiking, orienteering, fishing, and motor boat safety/operations.
What to Bring to Camp
Each camper will be equipped with a t-shirt. Protecting our camper from the elements is a priority. Hats are suggested and sunscreen is required. Our staff is trained to ensure all campers re-apply their sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
Prior to the start of camp, campers should obtain the following items:
|
|
Hat and sunglasses (optional, but recommended)
|
Be sure to label all of these items with the camper’s first and last name on the
inside tag.
